- H.O.A. dues are $152.00 per month. This includes front and back yard maintenance, sewer, trash removal, irrigation water, and exterior house insurance. Basic cable is available at a discounted rate.
- Coyote Willows will be a gated community (there are a few homes that will be located outside the gate). Currently, one gate has been installed; the others will be installed once the single family homes are completed.
- Coyote Willows is a 9-hole golf course. It is a public course, but homeowners receive privileges. The golf course is closed on Sundays.
- Coyote Willows is not an age-restricted community.
- There is a swimming pool and hot tub available for homeowners’ use.
- The development will eventually include 465 total units (townhomes, courtyard homes, and single family homes).
- There are single family home sites available. Floor plans and pricing are available in the Sales Office.
- Boat/RV parking will be available at a nominal fee on a first come, first served basis.
